In 2026, WorldSBK introduces an all-new entry-level class: World Sportbike. This new category replaces the World Supersport 300 class and offers young talents a stronger pathway towards the higher WorldSBK categories. World Sportbike builds on the competitive spirit of WorldSSP300, while using mid-capacity sport motorcycles to deliver even more intense racing and create new opportunities for riders, teams, and manufacturers.

Below is the official 2026 calendar for this new class, which forms an integral part of the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship. The World Sportbike calendar will visit a selection of iconic circuits across Europe, marking the beginning of a new era for the championship and its next generation of racing talent.
